We ship worldwide from North America. All orders include tracked shipping so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us at info@rinashi.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.
