When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order isn't confirmed until we process payment and send a confirmation email.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

You have 30 days to report defects, damage, or missing items. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused items in original packaging — you cover return shipping, and we'll refund the product cost minus a 25% restocking fee.
