The upgrade no one can see you made

Looks like Porsche fitted it in '89.

The 964 and 993 left Zuffenhausen with a console accessory tray and no cup holder. So for thirty years the drink has ridden in the door pocket, or loose in the footwell of a car now worth six figures — one hard corner from a stain on leather you cannot re-source.

This ends that without touching what the car is. The holder locks flush into the factory tray, in scratch-resistant matte black matched to the era's interior plastics and vinyls. Drop into the seat and it reads stock — the way it would if Porsche had finished the tray at the line.

That is the whole point. A 964 or 993 does not get a part that looks aftermarket.

Fitment is the feature

Cut for two cars. That is why it sits flush.

Not universal. Not a 911 part shimmed to sort of fit. This is cut for the 964 (1989–1994) and 993 (1994–1998) console tray and nothing else — which is exactly why it seats flush where a generic holder would rock.

You set the reach. The slotted base slides forward for a quick grab or back for clearance to the shifter, then bolts down so it will not move when you load the rear wheels through a corner. You configure it to your car and your hand — you do not gamble on whatever the aftermarket left on the shelf.

These run in small batches. About three in stock as this page loads.

Two screws, two minutes

Mounts like factory. Off like it was never there.

No drilling. No cutting. No glue on a console you have kept original for decades. Three steps, one ratchet:

  • Back out the two factory screws in the console tray.
  • Seat the slotted base on the same points and bolt it to your depth — snug, not gorilla-tight.
  • Lay the custom-cut rubber inlay back over the base. It hides every screw and kills every rattle.

It ships with extended precision screws sized to the bracket thickness — deep, factory-spec thread engagement, no hardware-store run. When you want the tray back, two screws out and the factory screws in, and the console is exactly as Stuttgart left it. Nothing about it survives its own removal.

Porsche 964/993 bundle with gauge phone mount and center console cup holder

60% of 964/993 buyers add it

Finish the cockpit: the 993/964 Bundle.

Add the Gauge Phone Mount and the cockpit is done. It clamps to your factory gauge or clock housing — held by mechanical grip, not a sticky pad that lets your phone slide off the windscreen on a hot day. Navigation sits where your eyes already are. Both pieces mount on factory points, both come off without a trace, and the pair runs under buying them apart.

Straight answers

What a 964 or 993 owner asks first.

What if it doesn't fit — or I change my mind?

Defective, damaged, or missing parts: contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, no cost to you. Changed your mind: returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging — you cover return shipping and a 25% restocking fee applies. So ask the fitment question first: it's free, and we answer within a day.

How long does installation really take — and what tools do I need?

Seat-rail cup holder: under 5 minutes with a wrench for your seat-rail bolts. 964/993 console holder: two factory screws, about 2 minutes with a ratchet. Phone mount: about 5 minutes — you'll want a flat pry or trim tool to lift the gauge (not included in the box).

Will it mark or modify my car?

No drilling, no glue, no permanent changes. The cup holder bolts to existing seat-rail hardware; the 911 mount locks to the factory gauge housing. Both remove in minutes and the car goes back to exactly how the factory built it — no holes, no marks, no residue.

Do you ship to Australia, the UK, and Europe? What about duties?

Yes — worldwide, tracked, shipped from North America. USA and Canada: 3–7 days, $20 flat. International: 7–21 days, $60 flat. Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. International orders can attract local customs duties or taxes — those are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.
