Mechanically locked

Held by the gauge, not by a sticky pad

The bracket clamps to the housing of your factory fuel or clock gauge. It is held by physics — not friction, not adhesive. Nothing touches the dash face, the wood, or the crackle black.

It looks stock because it sits where a gauge already lives. Slide, rotate, and lock the arm so it rests between the needles — never across one. Set the angle to your eye and it holds there.

Five minutes

Two simple tools. No wiring. No mechanic.

Pop the gauge with a suitable plastic pry tool (not included). Seat the bracket behind it, tighten it with an Allen key (not included), then push the gauge back home. About five minutes, two tools, done in the driveway.

  • No wiring on Mount Only — the + Wireless Charging version routes a slim 12V lead, no drilling either way.
  • No adhesive, no holes — nothing is cut, drilled, or glued.
  • 100% reversible — pull it in minutes and the cluster is exactly as Porsche built it. Zero dashboard damage.

Daily use

Nav where your eyes already go

MagSafe snaps the phone straight to the head. Not running a MagSafe case? Two steel adapter rings come in the box — stick one to the case and it holds like magnet to metal.

Your map sits in the gauge binnacle — a glance off the tach, on the fuel or clock side you chose. No suction cup fogging the windscreen. No clamp biting the A-pillar. The + Wireless Charging version adds a MagSafe head fed by a slim 12V lead, so the phone tops up on a long drive — still no drilling.

FAQ

Straight answers before you pull a gauge

Which gauge does the 911 mount replace — and will mine fit?

You choose the side: Left (fuel gauge) or Right (clock) — the clock is the most common pick. It fits behind the standard gauges on air-cooled 911s from 1965–1998, including 964 and 993. Use the fitment selector with your year and model and we'll pre-select the right variant for you.

Does the phone mount work with MagSafe and Android?

MagSafe iPhones snap straight on. For any other phone, two steel adapter rings ship in the box — fix one to the phone or case and the magnet grips it the same way. Owners report it holds a Pro Max over hard bumps.

How long does installation really take — and what tools do I need?

Seat-rail cup holder: under 5 minutes with a wrench for your seat-rail bolts. 964/993 console holder: two factory screws, about 2 minutes with a ratchet. Phone mount: about 5 minutes — you'll want a flat pry or trim tool to lift the gauge (not included in the box).

Will it mark or modify my car?

No drilling, no glue, no permanent changes. The cup holder bolts to existing seat-rail hardware; the 911 mount locks to the factory gauge housing. Both remove in minutes and the car goes back to exactly how the factory built it — no holes, no marks, no residue.

What if it doesn't fit — or I change my mind?

Defective, damaged, or missing parts: contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, no cost to you. Changed your mind: returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging — you cover return shipping and a 25% restocking fee applies. So ask the fitment question first: it's free, and we answer within a day.

Do you ship to Australia, the UK, and Europe? What about duties?

Yes — worldwide, tracked, shipped from North America. USA and Canada: 3–7 days, $20 flat. International: 7–21 days, $60 flat. Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. International orders can attract local customs duties or taxes — those are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.

I finally have a phone mount that works well and is brilliantly designed.

Well made and simple to install. Recommend a set of plastic pry tools to pull the gauge without damaging the surrounding area. Great application.

The big clamp bolt is ugly

Hi Marc,
Thank you for your review. We did explore many different options while designing our phone mount, however this was the best solution. I am sorry you find it unattractive. We try to show all details in our product listing photos so our clients know what their getting.

Regards,
Rinashi

The design of this product is working out very well and am very satisfied. My concern with other variations to this product was that the phone would block the HVAC or components to the right of the cigarette lighter (I have a '68 Porsche 912). The bend in the bracket allows for a higher mounting position, so no gauges would be blocked. A well thought-out product! Kudos to the designer.

Excellent product and very well made. Fitted it easily to fuel gauge as I have a right hand UK 1986 Carerra. It’s great for holding an iPhone and following SatNav. Magnetic back on my iPhone 15 Pro holds it in place no problem.

Works great, nice design easy to install. I felt it mounted my phone a little too close to the steering wheel so with some bending and removal of a spacer was able to get the phone where I like it. Thanks nice product.

On my 911 targa 1972, F type! The cellulaire mount on the gauche pull out the gauche, because the pound is to heavy ( with the cellulaire)
But the look is Perfect!

Hi Jean, thanks for your feedback! Make sure the gasket that holds your gauge to the dash is in good shape. Some of these old gaskets are worn and do not hold well. Replacing that would fix your issue.

A very good product! Worked great in my 1998 993 Targa!

Great idea and is functionally better than any vent mounted holders. The design offers a secure and easy access to my phone. A functional recommendation is to include an allen wrench to help with installation and vibration adjustments.

can't hold a modern large smartphone. mount migrates too much and the beam puts it so far down 5-7 oclock it is unusable

Hello,
Are you sure the two tabs are tightened and the rubber gasket is still sealing properly? If not, you will get the result you're describing.

Thank you.

Why didn't someone think of this before?! This is such a simple idea, but it is neat, well made and very discreet when fitted to an early 911. No more nasty licking the windscreen sucker mount when it falls off in the sunshine and another thing tidied up and sorted. It is such a good idea and I am already stalking the website to see when the wireless charging add-on comes back into stock so that I can get one of those too. Great idea, great execution and really fast delivery too. Thanks!

Got it, but can’t install yet, need to go to a store to buy a pry tool and small enough Allen key. Wish it would have included the needed tools.

Listed as compatible with a 1993 Porsche 911. It is not. Too small to accommodate what was advertised.

Our phone holder was designed to fit between the gauge bezel and rubber gasket. Are you trying to install it over the bezel from the front?

I bought this product to hold my Samsung phone in my 1988 Porsche 911. There are very few options that provide a stable platform to hold a cell phone. This product installs very easily. It was very simple to pull out the clock, mount the phone holder, then push the clock back in. It is very stable. One thing that I had to do to adapt it to hold my phone - there is a thin magnetic ring that attaches to the back of the phone via an adhesive backing. That ring then grabs hold of the magnet on the holder arm. The adhesive on the back of the ring would not hold to my phone. I ended up dabbing a few drops of superglue to the ring and let it dry. It now seems to work great. This phone holder is a great solution. I'm very happy with it.

Sorry about that. the magnet was stronger than the adhesive in this case.

I just tested a few from our stock and they seem to adhere well.

Let us know if you'd like a replacement ring.

Thank you for your feedback!

I got the phone mount for my g-body 911 and the quality of the product was great as I had expected, and the look of it (with the exposed pinch bolt at the bottom) fit the 80’s look of the dash as well.

Magnet for my large iPhone Pro Max works well, over hard bumps and overall spirited driving.

Rinashi is great to deal with. No funny business, andthe product arrived in a nice package!

Thank you for your feedback! Happy driving!
