It fits every Rinashi top plate — the 3.0″, the 3.5″ and the 4.0″. It ships as a 13″ strip, long enough to wrap any opening with length to spare; trim the tail with scissors and press it into the channel that runs around the lip. No tools, no glue.
This is also the fix for a bottle that runs slightly small. If you sized the plate for a wide tumbler but carry a slim bottle some days, the gasket closes the gap and holds it steady instead of letting it rattle. Change your mind later and it lifts straight out — nothing is modified.

Which top-plate size fits my bottle?
Measure your bottle at its widest point. The 3" opening fits up to ø2.9" — cans, coffee cups, most water bottles. The 3½" fits up to ø3.4" — the 18 oz Yeti class. The 4" fits up to ø3.9" — large tumblers. By design the bottle rests on the car's floor: the plate steadies it, the floor carries the weight.
