You have 30 days after receiving your order to report any issues — whether something's missing, defective, or damaged in transit. Contact us at rinashi73@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Changed Your Mind?
We get it — sometimes it's not the right fit. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days under these conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You cover return shipping costs (trackable shipping method required)
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
- Once received and inspected, we'll refund the product cost minus a 25% restocking fee

Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund, then place a new order for what you need.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
